A Quick Hand Treatment

We don’t tell you a secret if we say that hands are the most visible parts of you. You use them in everyday in different activities, sometimes not very pleasant for them. Have you ever thought about some procedures which will reduce the harmful influence on your hands? If you are ready to help your hands be young and beautiful follow our advices.

  1. Add a little almond oil (about a teaspoon) to dishwater when you do the dishes to make your hands skin soft.
  2. Peel off dead skin cells with sea salt and lemon. Also you can use for this purpose natural coffee which is left in your cup after you drink it.
  3. While skin is a little wet, apply a mixture of one teaspoon honey and one teaspoon olive oil. Place hands in small plastic bags, then in a pair of cotton gloves for thirty minutes. The heat helps the treatment penetrate.
  4. Put your hands in warm mild (it should be comfortable for touch) for five minutes to strengthen nails and hydrate skin. Not only is milk loaded with lactic acid, a natural alpha hydroxy acid that gently exfoliates dead skin, but its high calcium content will strengthen fragile nails.
